The distribution of loads among athletes with consideration of their psychophysiological adaptation

Dynamics of the major parameters of loads of powerlifters 15-16 years of mass sports categories in the annual macrocycle not distributed evenly. In the competitive period (December-March), taking into account characteristics of psychophysiological adaptation of all athletes there was a decrease in total volume of loads.
