Distribution of mould mushrooms of Mucor, Penicillium and Aspergillus in the Republic of Mari El

Researches showed that in sterns of the Republic of Mari El high degree a kontamination of forages is noted by micromycetes which in favorable agroecological and climatic conditions can be sources of pollution of foodstuff and raw materials their secondary metabolites - mycotoxins. It is established that 17,5% of forages were toxic, 24,9% - slightly toxic, and 57,6% - nontoxical.
