Prevalence of myocardium infarction risk factors in patients of old age

A comparative assessment of the most significant risk factors (RF) of myocardium infarction (MI) in patients (17 - 88 years old) depending on their age has been carried out. Analyzed are the known risk factors in 269 patients suffering from myocardium infarction. A relationship between the incidence of RF and the age has been determined: arterial hypertension (AHT) and hypodynamia increased with age, while vice versa smoking, hypercholesteremia (HC), obesity decreased.
