339 patients with cervical instability cephalgia were examined. Retrospective group consisted of 83 patients, prospective group - 256 patients. We showed importance of extended examinations for cephalgia pathogenesis. We estimated cerebral circulation by ultrasound (cerebral blood flow registration) and elecrophysiological methods. We founded normal cerebral blood flow only in 13,9% cases. 86,1% patients had vertebra-basilar system arterial and/or venous disorders.
