Spreading of the liquid drop on the nonuniform saturated porous layer

The two-dimensional problem of spreading and imbibition of a liquid drop over a porous layer is considered. Mathematical model takes into account the nonhomogeneity of porous medium and slip boundary condition on the liquid - porous interface. The numerical results of the droplet evolution in time are demonstrated for different variants of permeability distribution of a porous layer.
