Regular approximation for boundary condition in inverse problem of thermal diagnostics

Until recently at the solution of the problem the accuracy of the root-mean-square approximation has been increased through the development of optimum methods. The drawback of the root-mean-square approximation is unreliability of sufficient accuracy for concrete values of t. Thus, the algorithm of definition of regular approximation is considered in the article. Regular estimator of this approximation is given.
