Spectrophotometric methods have been used for study of the equilibrium in the systems Mo (VI) -salicylfluorone - cetylpyridinium chloride (CP) and Mo (VI) - salicylfluorone - laurylcholine iodide (LC). It has been established that the optimal acidity intervals are (0,20-И,0) M for sulfuric or hydrochloric acid with the use of CP and (0,40-Ю,50) M if LC is used. Analytical forms for the spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum are chelates with molar ratio of the components Mo : R : surfactant = 1:4:2 and 1:4:4 with the use of CP and LC correspondingly, which are characterized by molar absorption coefficients of 15,8-104 and 13,6-104. Calibration charts are linear in the molybdenum concentration intervals (0,20-^2,0)-10~5 M, relative standard deviation does not exceed 0,035.
