Knowledge sharing in cross-functional groups: barriers and opportunities

The article concerns the problem of knowledge sharing processes as a process of knowledge exchange between persons, which help them to «re-understand» their problems. The article shows the results of our research, deals with the knowledge sharing barriers within cross-functional groups. We also describe the complete procedure of using the «learning history method».
