Disclosure of state secrets: subjective signs

The presented article reveals the subjective signs of such a crime as the disclosure of state secrets. At the beginning of the article, the subjective side of the crime will be analyzed and attention will be drawn to the fact that this crime can be committed both intentionally and carelessly. And the qualified composition of this crime generally has a double form of guilt (intent in relation to actions and negligence in relation to consequences). In the second part of the article, attention is paid to the subject of the crime in question, which can only be a carrier of information constituting a state secret.
