Explanations of the plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation: the controversial issues of judicial interpretation

Purpose: Investigation of disputes set out in some decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court on the judicial practice in cases of committing various crimes groups. Methodology: We used a dialectical, historical, legal, logical, systematic, dogmatic and comparative legal methods. Results: The views expressed in this article are the value judgments and recommendations aimed at overcoming the existing difficulties and contradictions arising in law enforcement due to the ambiguous interpretation of certain provisions of the data in a variety of explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court. Novelty/originality/value: The scientific value of the article is that it analyzes the conflicting explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court on the definition of crimes and law interpretation of a number of evaluation features set forth in the various articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The originality of the work is determined by a systematic approach to address and solve the problems arising from the use of some controversial provisions, data Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court.
