The differences in the biochemical composition of honeysuckle (Lonicera L.) sorts introduced in the Krasnoyarsk territory

On the basis of the chemical composition of honeysuckle (Lonicera L.) sorts introduced into the culture in Krasnoyarsk Krai, it is revealed that the sorts considerably differ in nutritional and biological value: they contain high sugar amounts, have a distinct taste, high biological value due to vitamin C, pectin, flavonols, ash content, including the unique ratio of macro- and microelements. The researched sorts are perspective for the wide use in the Krasnoyarsk Krai territory.
