Reflection about problems of social development, innovations and teaching of economic disciplines

The paper considers some problems preventing from innovation development of Russia. We provided data which negatively characterize psychological sate and social sphere of modern Russian society. Uncertainty of guidelines in the practice of public administration was also discussed. We state that expected demographic problems cause some problems in economics and geopolitics. The problemsolving is possible by means of innovation development only. We also paid some attention to specificity of innovation education in stuff training including government control personal.
