Reflections about concept and essence of modern operational-search of Republic Kazakhstan legislations

The operational-search legislation is defined as a set of the legal acts published by the supreme bodies of the state power, directly regulating operational-search activity. A number of scientists mentioned by-laws as well which are represented as organizational-administrative acts, and their legality is possible only alongside with the legal acts. Their presence is caused by the fact that many relations in their essence do not demand regulation by the rules of low, but required for their regularizing.
