Working out of antigenic immuno-enzymic conjugate in order to detect antibodies to classical swine fever virus by ELISA method

The use of the conjugatebased onCSF virus antigen label with the peroxidaseenzyme allows to modify and to simplify the direct ELISA technique for rapid screening of vaccinationeffectiveness. The sensitivity of the method increases to 2-4 times when reducing analysis time from 18 hours to 2-3 hours. An improved method for immuno-enzymicassay is a highly effective test- system for evaluation of CSFvaccine prevention.
