Зерно гречихи и другие части растения гречихи богаты ценными питательными веществами, такими как микроэлементы, растворимая и нерастворимая клетчатка, белки и антиоксиданты. Это дает возможность разработать множество новых продуктов питания на основе зерна гречихи обыкновенной и татарской, растений и проростков.
