Development and testing of the dot blot ELISA test-system to detect antibodies to BLV

The developed test system of the dot-blot ELISA was based on the use of viral particles isolated from sera of cows infected with bovine leukemia virus. The conditions for conducting analysis were optimized and the possible use of the method for the diagnosis of leucosis in cattle was proved.
