Development and safety of animal application of a new form of sterically stabilized nanostructural phosphorite

It is known that many forms of statically stabilized nanostructured materials have unstable structures, due to which they have a short shelf life. The article presents the material on the development of ammonium polyacrylate as a steric stabilizer of nanostructured phosphorite, which ensures the stability of nanostructures during nine months of storage. The results of a study of acute oral toxicity are shown, safe, toxic and sublethal doses are determined. An assessment of the safety of the use of a new form of sterically stabilized nanostructured phosphorite is given in comparison with the use of a suspension of phosphate rock and statically stabilized nanostructured phosphorite. It was established that nanostructured phosphorite sterically stabilized by ammonium polyacrylate at a dose of 0.02 g/kg of body weight with a single intragastric administration had no effect on the functional state and behavior of white rats.
