Development of an immunosorbent for the production of chlamydial immunoglobulins

Бесплатный доступ

An immunosorbent based on a polymer carrier (polycaprolactone) and a chlamydial antigen has been developed that allows the isolation of specific chlamydial immunoglobulins. The article describes the method of obtaining polycaprolactone microparticles, the results of selecting the optimal exposure of the aminolysis reaction to fix the linker group on a polymer carrier to increase the specific capacity of the finished product. In addition, the modes of setting an immunological reaction have been worked out to assess the activity of the developed immunosorbent.
