Development of an information and analytical system for accounting and control of the fund of methodological publications of the university

This article discusses the technology of building an information system for accounting and control of the fund of methodological publications by the library and publishing center of the University. The relevance, goals and objectives of the study are determined. The modeling of the information system structure is carried out. In the 1C: Enterprise system, the configuration of the "Library and Publishing Center Fund" has been developed. Automation of accounting operations will significantly reduce the time for registration of primary documents and output reports.
