The development of the beef production complex assessment methodology

The new complex coefficient of the beef production technology efficiency (CET), that takes into account the zootechnic, economic and energy parameters of the technological process is developed. It is determined that in breeding the Simmental breed bulls in the conditions of the whole-year use of the canned forage, the CET value increases by 13,7 % in comparison with the same-aged bulls of the Ukrainaian black-motley milk breed.
