Development of model of efficiency evaluation of re-structuring of the enterprises in the conditions of financial crisis

In the article an author classification of restructuring processes of the enterprises is offered. This classification underlay both criterion specification and model of efficiency evaluation of restructuring of the enterprises in the conditions of financial crisis. The offered model is focused on cost and competitiveness increase of an enterprise with minimum investment in its restructuring.
