Nowadays tourism is one of the most developing economic activities that stimulate business economy. Tourism is thought to be a factor in the development of the regional economy. However, an essential issue deals with the assessment of tourism building since it is one of the strategic directions of the regional growth for a number of the territories. The World Tourism Organization forecasts Russia to be among 20 largest economies by the number of coming tourists by 2020. On the one hand, tourism is thought to be the integral activity, which depends on the functioning of the social and economic system.
