Development of the staff and the personnel recruitment algorithm

The article is devoted to the construction of the set-theoretic model of the employee, which takes into account all the necessary requirements and parameters used in the automated personnel selection system. The model will form a portrait of the employee, on the basis of which it is possible to assess his competencies in accordance with the profile of the post. Developed algorithm allows to assess the employee's compliance with the positions taking into account the model being implemented.
