Developing a set of evolutionary models of forest of the perm region to optimize the deforestation schemes

The several specific evolutionary models of forest of Perm region representing its various areas have been proposed in the paper. Each model is built as a complex system, where each population is represented by amount of individual trees competing for solar light. Models feature a set of species and the values of coefficients of birth, growth and death of individual tree species depending on geographic factors. The values of the parameters in the models were calibrated using forest inventory data. Based on the developed models we formulste the problem of spatial optimization of deforestation schemes, where the characteristic time of following reforestation has been selected as governing parameter.
