The article presents the time norms for veterinary and sanitary examination of meat in the laboratory of the veterinary and sanitary examination of JSC «Agroindustrial Park» Kazan». The results of studying the costs of working time for setting the sample for the bacterioscopy, for the reaction to the peroxidase enzyme and for the reaction with formalin are presented.
