Development of assessing materials and assessment of competences of students on the VSSPU educational website

The article deals with the instrumental platform of the educational website of the Volgograd State Socio-Pedagogical University for the development of assessing materials and assessment of the competences of university students. The features of the use of the test description language for the creation of assessment materials, the design of the assessment tool structure, the choice of strategies for assessing the responses of students, the organization of access to assessment materials are under consideration in the article.
