Development of approaches of drugstore workers professional development education technologies within the corporation

This article deals with the issues of pharmaceutist professional development system improvement within the corporation. The authors offer the method of the analysis of the existing system of training within the corporation. It comprises the following steps: 1) currently used education systems analysis; 2) training topics analysis; 3) conducted training efficiency analysis. The authors have surveyed drugstore workers to confirm the obtained results. It gave them a chance to choose the optimal components of training technology within the corporation: trainings, topics of the course, obtained knowledge control system.
