Currently it is safe to say that the market of educational services has developed and continues to evolve. In this regard the professional and thought-over approach to positioning and means of promoting of higher education institution, formation of comprehensive plans of marketing and communication activity, the qualitative organization of advertizing activity - are today factors and resources of successful development of educational institution. Advance of the created values in general and educational services in particular leans on a complex of marketing communications. Use of all complex of marketing communications also provides efficiency of advance of educational services. Active application of modern forms of advance in activity of higher education institution promotes growth of competitiveness of the most educational institution and the services provided to them.
