Career-oriented educational excursion «Technology and economics of ice cream production»

The article presents the problems of career guidance work among applicants, the solution of which is the development of an educational excursion program within the walls of the university. This event includes: choosing the place and the plan of the excursion; visiting the museum of the history of the university; conducting a master class; post-tour work. The main stages of the educational excursion are presented. Its advantages are determined, both for the future student and for the higher educational institution itself.
