Development of the scheme of PCR-RFLP-genotyping BLV in accordance with phylogenetic classification

The purpose of this study was a comparative analysis BLV isolates for their classification in the context of the proposed strategies for typing with further improvement scheme genotypic identification of BLV by env-gene locus of the pathogen. We had selected the conditions of the PCR-RFLP analysis using 5 enzymes (BamHI, PvuII, DdeI, SspI and AsuHPI) that allow identifying the genotypes in accordance with the phylogenetic classification of the BLV.
