Development of a Diagnostic System for the Formation of Axiological Identity of Future Lawyers

The article considers the problems of formation and diagnostics of axiological identity of future lawyers, its role in their professional training. The relevance of the tasks of formation of value orientations of students is substantiated. The components of axiological identity (legal, moral and professional values); tools for formation of axiological identity (case methods, courses on legal ethics, social projects); diagnostic methods (psychodiagnostic techniques, analysis of educational activities, interviews and surveys); evaluation criteria (cognitive, emotional-evaluative, behavioral) are identifi ed. The need for a systematic approach to the formation and diagnostics of value orientations of future lawyers as a condition for training highly qualifi ed and ethically oriented specialists is emphasized.
