The paper examines the improvement of coordinated interaction in the “manufacturer–customer” system within single mechanical engineering production. A method forintegrating quantitative customer feedback parameters into the mathematical model of coordinated interaction based on vector satisfaction analysis is proposed. The approach accounts for perceived quality level, importance of characteristics, and evaluation variability, improving the validity of managerial decisions.
