In the work liposomes have been obtained with different methods: dehydration - rehydration, homogenization and ultrasonic treatment. The liposome membrane component composition has been developed for encapsulation peutsenidina. The main structural component of the liposomesisphosphatidylcholine. On the basis of experimental data it has been revelead that the optimal method of preparation of liposomes is the method of ultrasonic treatment, since in case of prolonged exposure of ultrasound the liposomes stability increases in direct proportion, but it reduces the uploading of the liposomes. For prevention of lipid peroxidation as an antioxidant α-tocopherol acetate 30% solution of the oil has been put.
