Using of impulse electron-beam decontamination as the basic technological operations in the production of milk drinks, allows to destroy pathogen microflora. In a basis of this method lies electron-beam treatment of object by uniformly directed monochromic electron beams (rays). One of essential advantages of the given method is that heat treatment of the milk is not observed, resulting in the change of its touch sensitive properties.
