The results of the analysis of scientific approaches to the consideration of the processes of socialization and individualization are given. The main mechanisms for their implementation, the specifics in the period of preschool childhood are determined. The content of educational activities in preschool educational organizations, aimed at supporting the processes of socialization and individualization of children, is considered. Effective technologies of socialization-individualization of preschool children and the potential of various types of children’s activities are revealed. The conclusion is made about the presence of theoretical prerequisites for the development of technology of socialization-individualization of preschool children in motor activity.
