Effective personnel assessment in lack of time and money situation requires standardized tools. This article suggests to use situational judgment tests in such circumstances. Results of developing such test aimed to assess situational leadership skills (model by Hersey & Blanchard) are presented. Reliability of the method is substantiated, criterion-related and construct validity data is shown, results of the research are being discussed and limits of this tool's usage are defined.
