Solvability of the Neumann problem for the poly harmonic equation in a ball

The paper presents a representation of the solution to the Neumann boundary value problem for the polyharmonic equation in the unit ball through solutions to the Dirichlet problems for the Laplace equation and the Green’s function of the Dirichlet problem for the polyharmonic equation.
