The article presents the results of theoretical and empirical understanding of the conditions for the development of human potential in modern enterprises and organizations. The transition to modern technological models creates a demand for knowledge, competencies and characteristics of a new type of workers, including social health, adaptability, enterprise, and innovation. At the same time, the study revealed a number of limitations that hinder the development of human potential, such as employee overload, lack of a system for ensuring management decisions, uncertainty of social and labor relations, etc. The author emphasizes the need for a comprehensive development of human potential, including individual and collective efforts, taking into account social and cultural factors, creating conditions for the growth of workers' viability in the face of modern challenges.
