Development of organization's human resource by means of management and education methods

The program of organization’s human resource development is presented. It comprises some fields: psychological climate development in an organization; corporate ethics and corporate culture development; transition to reflexive management; perfection of the existing incentive systems, training personnel, labour process; decrease in fluctuation of personnel. The program is implemented by means of using a combination of personnel management methods and by using methods of additional professional education.
