The development of digital user's reading competence by making a customized learner's dictionary

The article deals with the phenomenon of digital user’s reading competence and suggests for its development a pedagogical technique based on students’ lexicographic activity of making customized learner’s dictionary as a collaboration product. The authors also analyse applying this technique to teaching / learning process.
