The article deals with the peculiarities of speech, mental and personality development of preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment, reveals the peculiarities of parent-child relationship in families with children with general speech underdevelopment. Furthermore, the article substantiates the need for paying more attention to communication and interaction of parents and preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment by means of interactive methods (University of pedagogical competences, thematic and parent conferences, case studies), facilitation technology («World Cafе», «Search for the Future»).
