The article contains an analysis of development of subjectivity of the child in the age of transition from preschool to junior school age. The process of personality development is seen as a move away from pre-subjective to before-subjective and pro-subjective levels. The results of empirical research on development of subjectivity of the child in the indicated period, with the author's criterion oriented methodology, are presented.
