The problem of succession and interconnection of fundamental science concepts at Geography classes is discussed as they make the general vector of learning the principles of organization and functioning of geo-ecological systems. The conditions of forming the ecological awareness, ecological world image and student’s cognition methodology and formation of theoretical scientic thinking that correspond to the current content of scientic world outlook within the New concept of science education and Contemporary concept of biological education are shown
