Development of the functions of the vestibular apparatus in preschoolers

The article reveals the importance of the vestibular apparatus in the life of a preschool child, lists the main disorders of vestibular functions. The structure of the vestibular analyzer and its location in the human body are described in detail. Presented is a pedagogical experiment on the basis of the MDOU kindergarten No. 269 of the city of Volgograd, where the influence of a set of special exercises on the state of the vestibular apparatus in children 3-4 years old was determined. The tests for testing the vestibular function in children are presented in detail: the test of outstretched arms, the finger - nose test, the Romberg test and the test of straight gait. A set of ten exercises for preschoolers is presented. The results of the study are recorded in the form of a table, the corresponding conclusions are drawn. The authors provide general recommendations for the development of vestibular functions in preschoolers.
