Increase of life expectancy has resulted in increase of registration of cognitive disorders in elder people. In Tomsk District in 2010 registered in psychiatric service total morbidity with dementias has constituted 153,2 per 100 000 of population, primary morbidity - 36,8 per 100 000 of population.
