Development of flexibility among university students with the help of the "Ready for work and defense" complex

This article describes the relevance of the chosen problem, reveals the term “flexibility” and “Ready for Work and Defense”, and provides statistics on the development and growth of the Ready for Work and Defense complex. A pedagogical study was conducted to identify the influence of the Ready for Work and Defense complex on the development of flexibility by 2nd year students, during which the importance of maintaining physical activity and developing flexibility for students was determined. Also, based on the results of the work, results were generated, presented in the form of a visual diagram.
