Development of public-private partnership in the field of tourism on the example of «Baikal harbor»

Recently mechanisms of Public-Private Partnership have become more and more widespread in the territory of the Russian Federation. The development of the regulatory system supports this both on the level of Federal legislation system and Regional one. But there are some challenges that prevent Public-Private Partnership growth. The article marks the reasonable factors that affect the development of effective projects of Public-Private Partnership. The author analyzes the interim results of the “Baikalskaya gavan’” [Baikal Harbor] program as an example of Public-Private Partnership in the field of tourism.
