Development of artistic and creative giftedness of preschool children in preschool educational institutions

The article deals with the development of artistic and creative giftedness of preschool children. There are considered the revealing, creation and development of creative abilities and the activity of the gifted children. The aim is to develop the teaching methods that will be directed to the creation of the conditions and the support of the development of gifted children. There is included the program of oil painting “Young artist” in the teaching method. The result of the teaching method is the acquisition of the practice skills by children in the techniques of oil painting, the development of creative abilities appearing in the acquisition of the drawing techniques with oil colors.
