Development and formation of communication skills students in learning the Kyrgyz language through reading and writing

The article deals with the problems of university students in presenting their thoughts, creating a well-reasoned text when studying the Kyrgyz language. By means of questioning, problems were identified and ways to solve them were considered. Taking into account the opinion of scientists who claim that communication occurs not only orally, but also through texts, the educational, communicative and developing function of the text is determined in accordance with the purpose and meaning of the work. In the methodology of teaching the Kyrgyz language, reading and writing are both a means of learning and the goal of teaching the language. Writing is a technical component of oral speech. Written speech, together with speaking, is a productive type of speech activity, and it is expressed in the fixation of some content through graphic signs. When writing with the help of graphic symbols, a thought is encoded, while reading, graphic symbols are decoded. The purpose, stages, action and effectiveness of the writing method were considered in the work.
