Development and application of tools for supporting information systems and programs for modeling economic processes

The article deals with the process approach to managing an organization and the relevance of its application for optimizing business processes. The main attention is paid to the analysis and modification of the business process of working with clients in an organization engaged in the maintenance and support of information systems. We have reviewed programs for modeling economic processes of interaction with the company's clients. The study presents an overview of the existing scenario for working with clients, as well as the corresponding web technologies and software products (Bitrix24). Based on the analysis of the company's business processes, we have considered the use of tools for designing, developing and maintaining information systems and programs for modeling economic processes, and proposed optimization directions. It is emphasized the importance of introducing digital technologies for improving the productivity and quality of internal processes.
